Termsof use.
The terms that apply when you use catbaoutdoorsstjsc.com, an information website of CATBA OUTDOORS.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of catbaoutdoorsstjsc.com, operated by CATBA OUTDOORS SERVICE AND TOURISM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (CATBA OUTDOORS ST JSC), enterprise registration and tax code 0202359497. By using the website you agree to them.
2. An information website
This website introduces the company, its services and its network of specialist websites. It does not sell services, take bookings or accept payments. Sending a form is an enquiry, not a booking: availability, prices and arrangements are confirmed separately by our team.
3. Bookings on our other websites
Bookings and payments, where offered, are made on catbaoutdoors.vn or the specialist websites, under the terms published there. Cancellation, weather, payment and other booking policies are published at catbaoutdoors.vn/policies.
4. Information on this website
We aim to keep descriptions accurate and current. Itineraries, routes and conditions on the bay and in the national park can change with weather, permissions and operations, so details are confirmed for each specific request.
5. Content and trademarks
Text, photographs, the CATBA OUTDOORS name and logo belong to CATBA OUTDOORS or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Links
Links to our specialist websites and to third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Tripadvisor or Trustpilot) open those services, which apply their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, send unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the website or collect data from it by automated means.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CATBA OUTDOORS is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on this website or from temporary unavailability of the site.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Questions: unique.catbaoutdoors@gmail.com · +84 965 379 497.
